Mike Turgeon joins the list of excellent bass players Falconi has been blessed by over the years. In the early days, there was Anthony Prest, then Malcolm Prince, and now comes the fine jazz stylings of Mr. Turgeon. When asked for personal information to put in this page, Mike revealed to me the existence of an alter ego, Arne Saknussem, who shares control of Mike's body. Here is a brief bio of Mr. Saknussem:

An Icelander and practicing alchemist, Arne has been patiently plumbing the nuances of the viola de gamba for almost 500 years. he channels his low complaints and assorted growls through the strings of Mike's "King More Tone" bass. When not fiddling with his leg viola, Arne enjoys an occasional spelunk into the bowels off the earth. Partial to the lowest of vibrations in sight, sound and spirit, Arne has chosen to expand his pallette and to seek the company of the lowest in character and deportment. Hence his engagement with Dutch and Co.

Mike also revealed he is a fan of the author, Robert Anton Wilson.
